How do I install REVERVEIL?+
Download the installer from your purchase confirmation email and run it. On macOS, the plugin installs to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/. On Windows, it installs to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\.
My DAW doesn't recognize the plugin. What should I do?+
Open your DAW's plugin settings and run a full rescan. Make sure the VST3 folder is included in the scan path. — Ableton: Preferences → Plug-ins → Rescan / Studio One: Options → Locations → Rescan / Logic: Plug-in Manager → Reset & Rescan / Reaper: Options → Preferences → VST → Re-scan
Does REVERVEIL work on Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3)?+
Yes. REVERVEIL is built as a Universal Binary and runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
How do I enter my license key?+
Open REVERVEIL in your DAW. On first launch, a license activation window will appear. Copy and paste your license key from your purchase confirmation email and click Activate.
Can I use REVERVEIL on multiple computers?+
Yes. Each license allows installation on up to 2 devices you own. If you need to transfer your license to a new machine, contact us at

I lost my license key. How can I retrieve it?+
Log in to your Lemon Squeezy account at app.lemonsqueezy.com, or check your original purchase confirmation email. If you still can't find it, contact
[email protected] with your order details.
What are the limitations of the demo version?+
The demo version is fully functional for 30 minutes per session. After 30 minutes, audio output will be silenced until the plugin is reloaded. The demo cannot be used for commercial recordings.
What is your refund policy?+
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated. Once activated, refunds cannot be issued due to the digital nature of the product.
